Cleaning Staff

Cleaning staff position available at a capsule hotel adjacent to Narita International Airport. Basic conversational Japanese level (Equivalent to N4) required. Entry-level cleaning and bed-making tasks in a clean capsule hotel. Flexible working hours and consultation on shifts available. Start dates and work duration negotiable. Key Responsibilities: - Housekeeping duties including room cleaning. - Start with simple tasks and gradually take on more responsibilities. Work Details: - Working hours: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, approximately 5.5 hours per day. - Workdays: 2 to 5 days a week. - Previous experience is not required but welcomed for those who have N3 Japanese certification and above. Compensation and Benefits: - Hourly wage: ¥1,700 - Transportation costs covered up to ¥1,500 per day. - Overtime pay available. - Social insurance and paid vacation are included. - Bonus for referring a friend under specified conditions.
