You will be able to take on various challenges such as facility management, event planning for the museum and accommodation facility, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing the value of the facility. In addition, new business ventures will be included, so you will be able to improve on-site operations and create them by sharing various ideas. [Specifically] ・General museum management duties ・General reception duties (museum/accommodation) ・Visitor management (museum/accommodation) ・Management and operation of the newly established cafe ・Facility management (including cleaning, etc.) ・Events, merchandise production planning, etc. *You will not be in charge of everything by yourself, but the work will be shared among all staff members.
