Front desk staff

As a travel partner (front desk staff), you will be asked to guide guests about tourist attractions and recommended spots. It's a fulfilling job that colors the guest's trip with ideas that make use of your sensitivities. - Check-in/check-out operations/information services such as hotel information - Handling reservation inquiries (email/phone) - Providing guests with information on tourist attractions and recommended spots, etc. * There is no restaurant work or cleaning work, so you can concentrate on front desk work. * You can make use of English and other foreign languages. Since there are many travelers from overseas, 90% of communication is in English, and it is a company composed of unique members gathered from 26 countries and regions. 1-on-1 interviews conducted by managers; once a year, employees think about their own future career paths, conduct a career/transfer request questionnaire as an opportunity to communicate their thoughts to the company, check the progress of each employee, and form a career according to their own vision.
