Details discussed in the interview)* *Holidays: G.W./ Summer Obon holidays/ Year-end & New Years Holidays* *Visa sponsorship available* *Qualifications:* -Native English speaker (Candidates must be from English speaking countries) -Teaching experience preferably at International preschools/kindergartens, eikaiwa schools -Bachelor's degree in Education or early childhood education, TESOL, or any teaching license and certificate is a plus -Basic PC skills (Word/Excel/Powerpoint, iPads, Mac PCs) -Conversational Japanese skill (Not necessary) *Candidates must* -love working with very young children and be comfortable teaching all age groups -understand children's characteristics and their learning styles. -be serious and passionate about teaching and education -be hardworking, dedicated, responsible, punctual, polite, and have good manners -be fun, friendly, and energetic -be patient and supportive -work as a team player -have respect for the students, parents, other teachers, and staff -have an understanding of Japanese culture, manners, customs, and work ethics -be able to make lesson plans and conduct lessons following the school curriculum -contribute to the development of the school -be currently residing in Japan *Hiring Process* 1.
