This position offers competitive salary, benefits, and conditions. Successful candidates should be flexible, enthusiastic, and enjoy the challenge of working with children. Aiwin International School (Toyonaka campus) is a candidate school for the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). We are not an English conversation school. We welcome well-qualified, highly motivated, and committed teachers to apply for this rewarding career opportunity. Role: The teacher is responsible for delivering a high-quality, concept-based inquiry, constructivist approach to education that aligns with International Baccalaureate standards and practices. This role involves planning, teaching, and assessing students within the curriculum framework, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the overall development of students. Additionally, the teacher will collaborate with colleagues, engage with the school community, and support the continuous improvement of the early years program. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver lessons that align with the Aiwin curriculum framework. • Employ a variety of instructional techniques to cater to diverse learning styles. • Use assessment data to inform instruction and provide feedback to students based on school assessment policies. • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and reflect on teaching practices. • Engage with parents and the community through meetings, conferences, and events. • Provide individualized support and guidance to help students achieve their goals. • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of developmentally appropriate and inquiry-based teaching and learning approaches. • Stay current with educational researches and updates. • Reflect on personal teaching practices and seek opportunities for improvement. • Adhere to the school's BASIC global skills and SOIL teaching standards and practices.
