Tax declaration and payment in the local area. 4. Procedures for obtaining residence and work permits. 5. Compensation: Regular and irregular raises, annual bonuses. 6. Benefits: Legal and non-legal benefit systems of local subsidiaries in each country. 7. Recruitment: Career recruitment and hiring of new graduates in some countries. 8. Training: Selecting training content and managing training as an instructor. 9. Transfers, promotions, and organizational development: Planning and executing succession plans and annual organizational personnel plans.
