The international marketing department handles the localization and culturalization of the services related to CLIP STUDIO PAINT, as well as the tutorial content of the application. They also engage in marketing activities targeting regions such as the West, Southeast Asia, and develop useful content, plan and implement advertising and promotions to disseminate the app worldwide and get creators to utilize it more. Specific responsibilities after joining the company: - Translation: Review Thai translations by third-party companies by native speakers such as the app's UI and services, usage content, websites, marketing materials. You may also be asked to translate on your own, depending on deadlines and content. The company uses Backlog for managing translation tasks and memoQ as a translation tool. - Marketing Functions: Plan promotions, and after approval from the internal review, execute with a team. Reflect on the results after execution for the future promotions. The company currently focuses on influencer marketing through Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube and organizes workshops and live drawing at events, creating fans and increasing recognition through SNS, continuously improving Google/SNS advertisements. - Customer Liaison: Manage customer inquiries via email → Handle inquiries in Thai with emails in English. Development tools, devices, etc. used: Google Workspace, CLIP STUDIO PAINT, memoQ, Slack, Backlog, Zoom, Gyazo, Docusign, OKBiz (customer management system). Satisfaction and Attraction: - The app, services, and content you engage in translating will be released globally, and you will receive feedback from users through SNS and others. - You have the opportunity to collaborate with professional comic artists, illustrators, and anime creators through project cooperation or event participation. - Receive words of “Thank you” from users worldwide by solving creator issues through polite contact. - Contribute to creation by providing user feedback and your own ideas to improve the app and services. - Utilize customer interaction experience in the marketing field for desired advancement.
