Responsibilities: - Performing routine inspections and repairs on facilities and equipment. - Snow clearing Niseko Black owned and managed properties. - Driving guests and staff when needed. - Addressing maintenance requests in a timely manner. - Plus other duties as required. Qualifications: - Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or related fields. - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go.
