Join our study abroad support team for the rewarding experience of helping people achieve their dreams! 《Job Description》 As a “Study Abroad Administration” team member, we will entrust you with the following tasks: ・Maintaining contact with our existing overseas university/language school partners ・Contacting new overseas university/language schools ・Handling various visa application procedures for English-speaking countries (USA, Canada, UK, and more) ・Homestay and dormitory accommodation applications ・Creating and organizing materials and tools within the company ・Researching new schools, universities, and potential student programs (i.e. summer exchange programs) 《Salary》 250,000-350,000 15 hours fixed overtime work pay is included. 《Required Skills/Experiences》 ・Experience studying and/or living abroad ・General PC skills (PPT/Excel/Word) ・Desk work experience (abroad is OK) ・Work experience in Japan (part-time is OK) ・For non-native Japanese speakers: ・TOEIC 800 or higher ・JLPT N2 or higher ・For native Japanese speakers: ・TOEIC 750 or higher ※Please state the skills you have when applying.
