We’re seeking passionate and skilled Spa Therapist Supervisors and Massage Therapists to elevate our guest experience this winter season. Employment Period: December 1st, 2024 – March 31st, 2025 Our Offer – ¥1,650-¥2,500 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and language proficiency – 25% late night allowance for shifts between 22:00-05:00 – ¥150,000 housing support bonus upon contract completion – A comfortable and supportive working environment within a top-tier ski resort Work Schedule – Flexible hours, typically 5 days a week, averaging around 40 hours per week – Peak season may require extended hours, with fewer hours at the start and end of the season Qualifications: – Certification or diploma in spa therapy or a related field – Expertise in a variety of spa treatments and techniques – Outstanding communication and customer service skills – Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively – Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards – Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple appointments – Professional appearance and demeanor
