Winter Seasonal Staff – Front of House / Service Staff

Park90 is looking for Front of House staff to join our team for winter season 2024-25! Japanese language skills would be an advantage but not required. 5-6 days a week between 3:30pm - 11:30pm Wage: ¥1500 per hour *Late-night pay 25% after 10pm Benefits: - Staff meal fee – ¥600 per shift for more than 6 hours - Commute fee – ¥400 per shift (for those not living in the staff accommodation or Hirafu area) - Staff accommodation - ¥5000 subsidy of rent (Rent for this winter is to be confirmed) - Bonus – ¥60,000 (payable at the end of the season) - Ski pass - Staff discount for Hirafu-Hanazono season pass (Discount rate is to be confirmed) - Social insurance
