Summit are looking for an experienced and qualified guides to take day tours and multi day tours over the Hokkaido prefecture. Basic duties of this role aside from guiding would include attending morning guide meetings, taking weather forecasts, ensuring guide safety standards are met, communicating with your team about conditions and location, exploring new areas for guides, driving clients to and from the zones. With a blend of new and seasoned instructors and guides from around the globe, Our team ranges in expertise in skiing, snowboarding, freestyle, racing, guiding and touring. Reservation management: assist guests in booking various services and amenities, including lift tickets, equipment rentals, spa appointments, dining reservations, and other resort-related activities. Check-in and check-out: provide efficient and friendly check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information, room assignments, and payment transactions. Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, providing necessary information about hotel facilities and services. Concierge services: offer recommendations and assistance with local attractions, transportation, dining options, and other guest requests. Arrange transportation, tours, and ticket bookings as per guest preferences. Problem resolution: handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly, seeking resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction. Liaise with relevant departments to address any issues or requests that may arise during the guest's stay. Guest account management: maintain accurate guest profiles and records, ensuring confidentiality and security of personal information. Update guest preferences, special requests, and loyalty program details as necessary. Amenities and services coordination: facilitate guest requests for additional amenities such as extra towels, pillows, toiletries, or room service. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other relevant departments to fulfill guest needs. Payment processing: process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and any other accepted payment methods. Maintain proper records and reconcile financial transactions at the end of each shift.

Bell Desk team is the first and last person guests will see, providing the warmest welcome and farewell. Assist guests with their luggage and provide safe transport pick-ups/drops-offs. Summit are looking for rental and retail staff in both Niseko and Furano. We provide backcountry ski and splitboard rentals to both our own guided customers and walk in guests. Summit are looking for a team of hard working individuals who are excited and passionate about their job. Applicants should have previous experience and knowledge regarding backcountry equipment, this includes using avalanche safety equipment and drilling skis. Applicants who have experience in drilling and mounting ski bindings are at an advantage. Additionally staff should be comfortable working in a shop environment where you are able to talk about the skis, snowboards, bindings etc that we have and be able to give a detailed description to customers interested in buying them.
